Hans Middelkoop is the founder of AviaConsult International with 35+ years of experience in aviation, but still learning every day.Since 2002 Hans has managed delivery of numerous aircraft, mainly regional aircraft types, to operators in almost every continent.Every delivery is unique and starts almost as blank page. But with the experience built up over so many years, you recognize situations and learn to deal with challenges and find practical solutions in all cases. My approach is always to ensure open and clear communication and structured and a pro-active approach. I don’t want to be busy fire fighting, but it’s always my goal to prevent fires to ignite.
